Growing up on a farm, you are taught responsibility from an early age. I have been involved with farming many years and have worked in numerous facets of the business (sorter, truck driver, quality control inspector, human resources, food safety specialist, and management).
Throughout those years, I've assisted 40+ farms/packhouses with their foolproof programs by developing a commonsense approach to helping growers and packhouses with their food safety needs. I have knowledge of the ground floor of the business and am capable of writing policies and procedures with specific commodities and farming practices in mind. I understand that the growing season is a busy time and as safety compliances change, it is becoming increasingly difficult for farmers to comply with the standards without help from someone they can trust.
