What is the process after I've signed up for services?Silver Plan - I will contact you to schedule a meeting to identify the documents needed for your operation. We will meet by phone/skype/email or in person as many times as needed to build those documents. Gold Plan - I will contact you to schedule a meeting. We will review your current program and I will request information and documentation to build your program. I will schedule and conduct the documentation review for your audit with the information you provide. You may contact me anytime during business hours for all questions and help with your food safety needs. I will assist in your pre-audit and audit needs.

Which plan works best for me?Silver Plan - This plan is designed for a farm/facility that already has a program but could use assistance with some of the more technical control points of your audit. Certain paperwork should be designed for your farm specifically. The Silver Plan is designed for a farm/facility that needs help with documentation but likes to organize their documentation on their own and conduct their own audit. Gold Plan - This plan is designed for a farm/facility that is looking for someone to help them through the entire food safety process. If you feel like food safety is a headache, this is the plan for you! We will work closely to ensure that your program is in compliance. We will use a workspace that we can both access at any time. With this information, you will be free to conduct harvest without having to go through the paperwork with the auditor. The Gold Plan is designed for a farm/facility that wants to be able to enjoy farming without the headache of trying to figure out what is needed for an upcoming audit.

Can I prepay for your service?Absolutely! Any pre-payments will receive a 3% prepay discount.

Have you ever had a client fail an audit?No, all my clients have passed their audits. They rarely have non-compliances, but it does happen occasionally. In those cases, I am with them every step of the way until they have passed their audits.

Can I cancel the program?You may cancel after the committed period is complete. Food safety is ever-changing, I will be a source to ensure that you are always up to date with changes and how to implement those changes. All changes will be communicated via email to current clients. If you cancel, you will not receive any updated food safety documents or consultation. I ask that you commit to at least two years for the Gold Plan. This plan is the most immersive and will take time to set up. Current clients have expressed that year two is when they see the maximum benefit of this plan.
